This is the first time I have used a solid bar shampoo and I am really impressed with the results, certainly more volume and shiny and healthy looking, I also have the shampoo and conditioner duo, which is brilliant and you only need a small amount of the conditioner. I have curly hair which is dry and prone to frizz, but not anymore. I can certainly say this works well for me and no more plastic waste.

It's the first solid shampoo that I've tried, it's very good with an added bonus for me of a thickening effect. Fragrance could be nicer but it does lather well.
From an eco aspect , obviously there is no plastic bottle and the cardboard box can be recycled, but I wondered why the actual soap bar was plastic shrink wrapped.

I have used this only one time so far, but it's worked pretty much like a regular (liquid) shampoo, which was quite a relief. My hair is quite damaged from bleaches and dyes, so I was concerned that a solid shampoo would leave it too "grippy". This shampoo worked just fine, followed of course by conditioner (which I need to use regardless of what shampoo I use). To those complaining that the bars come wrapped in "plastic": no they don't, read the package! It's not plastic, it's a biodegradable film used to keep the bars from smearing the inside of the box they come in.
